Fela remembers taking his first yoga class during his University years and feeling an overwhelming sense of peace, calm and balance.
After graduating from London College of Printing, Fela worked in fashion and music photography taking on clients such as Columbia Records, MCA Records, Kangol, Pepe Jeans, United nations and UNICEF.

Following the yogic tradition, he aligned himself with a guru whose spiritual principles he admired and began his quest into a self-inquiry, which lead him to dedicated his life to the practice and teaching of Yoga.
In 2004, Fela formally attained his Yoga teaching certificate through The Yoga Arts' Teacher Training school, the first Yoga Teacher Training in Australia to be Government accredited. In 2011 Fela completed his 500hr teacher training with INSPYA yoga.
Fela has trained in Iyengar, Ashtanga, Viniyoga and Himalayan Meditation traditions and has been teaching in Europe and in Asia for more than ten years.
He is an inspirational teacher who incorporates both the physical and mystical aspects in his practice of yoga.
Fela's classes integrate dynamic Vinyasa flow asanas, linking movement and breath with precise alignment, meditation and visualisation, in order to create an inner journey towards healing and empowerment.
