What the classes involve?

My classes are a blend of mindful movements and breathwork, otherwise known as Asana and Pranayama. It's not uncommon for me to incorporate a guided relaxation or short meditation into the mix, providing an opportunity to slow down and tune inwards.

Each class is tailored around a specific theme, which we explore over several weeks. I create the themes with my students in mind, taking into account their individual characteristics and experience levels.

Throughout the weeks, we delve into various postures, known as asanas, and explore a range of Pranayama techniques. My goal is to balance diversity and keep things interesting while also allowing students to become comfortable with the practice.

As we dive into practice, we prioritize silence to fully engage with the meditative aspect and cultivate inner peace. However, if this is challenging for you, don't worry - a private yoga session might be a better fit.
